WALL FLIGHT

The Wall Flight obstacle is a classic that tests agility and jumping power. Participants need to gain momentum to leap over a series of walls. This exercise not only enhances physical strength but also boosts confidence in one’s abilities to overcome one after another and land safely on the other side.

POLE SLIDER

The Pole Slider is the ultimate test of strength and endurance. Participants must traverse along a horizontal pole without touching the ground. Each section demands maximum muscle engagement and control. Maintaining balance while moving forward makes this obstacle a challenging task for every Warrior.

AGILITY SLIDER

The Slide Course demands strategic precision and arm strength. Participants must carefully push wooden handles along a predetermined track without touching the ground. This challenge requires not just arm power but also the skill to maneuver the handle with agile movements.

POWER WALL

The Power Wall is a test of strength and grip. Participants need to pull themselves up to get over the massive barrier. A solid foundation of strength and determined gripping are key to success here.

RING SLIDER

The Ring Slider combines skill and strength. Athletes must navigate across a series of rings, requiring both arm strength and coordination. This station tests the ability to efficiently manage one’s body weight and slide from ring to ring with momentum.

ALTERNATING JUMP BEAMS

The Alternating Jump Beams test flexibility and speed. Participants must master a sequence of crawling under one beam and then jumping over the next. This sequence not only promotes physical versatility but also the ability to swiftly switch between different types of movements.

BALANCE BEAM

The Balance Beam demands stability and focus. Here, participants must balance across a narrow edge without losing their balance. This obstacle tests your ability to remain calm and controlled under pressure.

LOAD CARRIER

In the Load Carrier, the goal is to combine strength and endurance. Participants must carry a weight over a certain distance. This task tests the ability to maintain composure and move forward even under strain.

GRIP MASTER

The Grip Master calls for skill and grip strength. Participants swing along a series of grips, where precision and body tension are crucial. This obstacle is a test of upper body strength and endurance.

What if I can't complete an obstacle?

No worries if you can’t master an obstacle or if it seems too challenging – you’re free to skip it. However, a penalty time will be added to your total time for each obstacle skipped. The chip timing system ensures a fair evaluation of all participants. The one with the fastest time is crowned the overall winner. What counts is the courage to participate and reach the finish line. Let’s tackle this challenge together!
