We have introduced three new categories: Elite, Age Group, and Open. Each category will have its own ranking:

  • Elite: 3 km course +20 obstacles, for the best of the best.
  • Age Group: 3 km course +20 obstacles, divided into age groups.
  • Open: 5km course +20 obstaclesFor all fitness levels, with the option to participate solo or as a team.

 

Important for those already registered: All participants who have already registered can convert their existing ticket to the desired category for free. Just contact us via email at [email protected].

Event Location: Mühlgasse 84, 2500 Baden

For drivers: Directly to the historic trotting track. Public transportation: Only 1.5 km from Baden bei Wien train station – a simple walk will lead you to your destination.

Free parking available directly at the event: Free parking spaces are available right next to the trotting track. These not only offer a convenient arrival but also the practical option to change at your car – perfect for getting ready before the event or relaxing afterwards.

During the event, you will have the opportunity to refuel with snacks and drinks. Our sales stands offer a variety of options to satisfy your hunger and quench your thirst. Whether you need a quick boost before the race or a refreshing drink after crossing the finish line – we’ve got you covered.

THE FIRST OCR WORLD CUP IN AUSTRIA!

The OCR World Cup is an exciting and challenging obstacle course event taking place on August 17, 2024, in Baden near Vienna. This competition offers participants from around the world the opportunity to compete in various categories: Elite (3 km with 20 obstacles), Age Group (3 km with 20 obstacles), and Open (5 km with 25 obstacles, team starts also possible). This event is perfect for all fitness levels, combining athletic challenge with fun and a sense of community. Be part of this unique event and show what you’re made of!

 

The Race day

GETTING THERE

Parking is available, but to protect the environment and make the best use of parking space, we recommend arriving in carpools. Baden train station is only 1.5 km away, making for a short walk to the event. Careful planning of your arrival ensures a relaxed start to the event.

Check-In

We ask all participants to arrive at the event location at least one hour before their start time. Please have your ticket, a valid ID, and the signed waiver ready to speed up the check-in process. Spectators are also warmly welcome and do not need a ticket to be part of the exciting atmosphere and cheer on the runners.

Event Center

Discover a variety of offerings at the event center: food, drinks, fan shop, and restrooms are available. Additionally, exciting stands from our sponsors await – a must-see for every participant and spectator. Enjoy the atmosphere and be surprised!

The Course

The category determines the length and number of obstacles:

  • Open: 5km with 25 obstacles, ideal for individual participants and teams.
  • Age Group: 3km with 20 obstacles, divided into age groups.
  • Elite: 3km with 20 challenging obstacles for the most experienced participants.

The Finish

Upon reaching the finish, each participant receives a finisher’s medal as a sign of their achievement and perseverance. A moment of pride and a real reason to celebrate! Here, your journey ends, crowned with success and joy over what you’ve accomplished.

Wash Stations

A rough wash station is available on-site, where you can refresh yourself with cold water and rinse off the heaviest dirt after the race. This provides a welcome cool down and a chance to briefly recover after the physical exertion before exploring the event area further or heading home.

Starting Solo? Absolutely possible.

Of course, you can start on your own! Everyone is welcome, whether as a solo participant or in a team. At the Running Warriors event, it’s all about testing personal limits and going beyond – individually or together.

TOGETHER we are invincible!

In the categorie Open, every team member, regardless of fitness level, can contribute their strengths for the benefit of the team: Whether as a motivator, through physical strength, or mental support at the most challenging obstacles and sections of the course.
